Job Title: Team Leader 

 

Job Description Summary:

• Ensure a safe environment for students' social and emotional development. 

• Build a volunteer base to assist with the leadership program

• Oversee and coordinate team-building activities

• Help students with homework if needed. 

• Facilitate Leadership lessons and discussion

• Chaperone for off-campus activities

 

Number of Hours: 15-20

 

Pay: $18-22 depending on experience and education

Job Requirements

• Must be available to work between the hours of 2 PM-6:30 PM

• Some Saturdays are required (hours are varied)

• At least one year of experience working with kids

• Must be physically able to run and interact with kids

• High school diploma or GED (College degree a plus). 

• Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check
